Beta Terms & Risk Disclaimer
The conditions that apply when using the Turnmetry beta.
Effective: July 12, 2026
Beta service
Turnmetry is an experimental research service. Features, model rules, data sources and availability may change. Access may be limited, suspended or ended, and the service may contain delays, errors or incomplete data.
No financial advice
Turnmetry provides general information about modelled Bitcoin market-cycle conditions. It does not provide personal investment, legal, tax or financial advice; it does not know your circumstances; and it does not execute trades. Nothing on the service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold an asset.
Risk and model limitations
Bitcoin is volatile and you can lose some or all capital committed to it. Signals can be early, late or false. Historical tests involve few independent cycles and do not predict future results. Data providers may revise, delay or discontinue information. You remain solely responsible for decisions and should seek qualified advice where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your account and not attempt to disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, reverse engineer security controls or use the service unlawfully. You may not present Turnmetry signals as guaranteed outcomes or personalised advice.
Intellectual property
The Turnmetry name, interface, written explanations and model presentation are protected. Your beta access does not transfer ownership. Limited personal use is permitted; commercial republication or resale requires prior written permission.
Availability and liability
The beta is supplied on an “as available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Turnmetry is not liable for trading losses, indirect damage or decisions made using the service. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Contact and governing law
Questions can be sent to arjan@arjandevos.com. These terms are governed by Dutch law, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to consumers.
